We opened because Harlem deserved a pharmacy that treats people like neighbors instead of transactions. Big chains close early, rotate staff constantly, and push patients through a queue. We built the opposite: consistent faces, real conversations, and the patience to sit with someone until their medication makes sense to them.
Over the years that has grown into a full-service pharmacy — immunizations, medication therapy management, compliance packaging, Medicare plan reviews, pet prescriptions, COVID testing, and a free delivery route that runs through the neighborhood every day. The scope changed. The approach didn't.
